Not get what you were looking for? At ShipARoom.com, customer satisfaction is our main concern. If you are simply unhappy with your order, not due to defect or damage, you can return it within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund in the form of store credit or a 75% refund paid via check. All items must be returned in like new condition in their original packaging.

replace the item for you at no additional cost.

If you would like to return your merchandise, we ask that you:
- Notify us via email to customerservice@ShipAroom.com
- Prepare order for pickup by placing it in its original packaging
- We will then arrange for pickup from your home
- Once the merchandise is brought back to our nearest facility, and determined to be in good condition, your applicable refund will be issued back to you.
